Cancelling
You can cancel a social holiday before the commencement of the holiday. We hope that you cancel your holiday as early as possible in order for us to be able to offer the holiday to someone else. The contribution the customer has paid will be returned to them if they cancel the holiday at least four weeks before the commencement of the holiday. After this time, the contribution will only be returned to the customer in a force majeure situation (such as illness). Other applicants will be offered a holiday in the event of any cancellations.
Rescheduling
You cannot reschedule a granted holiday. If you want to cancel a holiday and apply for another holiday, contact our customer service.
